An ancient recipe - Kedgeree

This dish is believed to have been around in various forms since 1340 and originated in India. It was believed to have been brought back to the UK by returning colonials and was served as a breakfast dish. It was a way of converting the previous days left overs into something tasty and edible. The three main constituents are flaked fish, hard boiled eggs and boiled rice. I like to embellish it because as described it is a bit bland!
