A Tuesday Recipe - real quiche lorraine

I don't do pastry usually!

I tackled this recipe because I had the ingredients and although I've tried quiche on previous occasions I have used ready made pastry, I followed Rachel Khoo's recipe to the letter. The full recipe is on the recipe tab above and I could use some help on the format, I don't type in upper case but that's how it is coming out!

This is a very tasty snack and goes well with salad, french fries, almost anything in fact. Enjoy!
